Payment & Billing Practices

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us that exhibits characteristics of high fraud risk, commercial reseller scale, or processing discrepancies flagged by our payment gateway.
Core Charges (If Applicable)
Certain mechanical components (such as specific engines, transmissions, or steering racks) may involve a "core charge." This is a refundable deposit placed on the rebuildable cast component. If a core charge applies, terms for returning your old part assembly for a core refund will be provided on your specific invoice.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Gear Hub Auto-Parts, LLC, our directors, employees, or sourcing partners be liable for any incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, labor costs incurred during part installation, towing fees, vehicle rental fees, or track delays resulting from the use of, or inability to use, parts purchased from our platform.
